Sounds to me like you have it covered :-) If Don Beale is going to be around, you'll have more GP's to choose from than you ever knew could exist in one spot :-) We and many others, I'm sure, have extra euro paddles too.

The water is coolish. If you are going to take a class or plan on wet exits, rolls, etc, you'll want immersion gear. Many don't bother if they are just trying out boats close to shore, but I like to have it. If you really want a wet suit there are probably people you could borrow from for a short while. You can also rent suits in town. The weather can vary considerable. Last year was pretty hot for a while and then suddenly cool and damp Sunday morning. Fog is not unusual. Dressing in layers is a good bet and fleece items are nice to have, but t-shirts and shorts may also be required :-)

: Thanks for advice. I'm getting really excited about the weekend.

Looking forward to meeting you. Should be a great weekend. Now, if I can just get that Silver finished!.......

When will you be arriving? Are you camping?
