The picture is of my Fire Star, one of my baidarka designs, kayaks of the Aleut
eskimos, North Pacific.

The complex bow shape uses permanent hardwood pieces to complete the
traditional shape of the bow that would have been made skin on frame

The baidarkas are the most sea worthy kayak design in the world.
