If you are already a fan/follower of Ted Moore's techniques (I am) then you may want to consider the Endeavour (but check your personal fit and footroom, if you can) or Bear Mountain has a new larger design - don't recall the name. The main difference between Moore's technique and the others is the use of an internal sheerclamp for strength and alignment of deck and hull along the sheer, (perfect alignment, no seam taping, no end pours) and the use of an external strongback and later, cradle forms. You could probably modify most of the other kayak designs to incorporate these techniques if you want. Have fun.
