I have had delamination problems with redwood. My first Expedition Single has a lot of RW and I eventually ended up peeling off the glass. It came easily off the redwood while remained bonded quite well to the WR cedar and pine. I know other people have used RW on some boats that are pretty old now, but I am starting to think that RW is questionable.
