I don't see print-trough in your image. Print-trough is a result of resin shrinkage and shows up as a surface texture that reproduces the texture of the underlying cloth. Regions of higher resin content shrink more than regions of lower resin content, but the clarity of the epoxy/glass is unchanged.

The white spots in your image result from microvoid formation within the resin or at the resin/glass iterface. This sort of "strain whitening" is more likely to occur with lower strength resins and with lower strength glass/resin interface - perhaps an indicator of compromised sizing.
