Find a free photo posting site, upload your pictures to that site, then get the URL from that site and post in the Optional Image URL box at the bottom of the message you post with it.

I use the site below, H P Photo:

Go to this site, follow the directions for creating an account. Then to go Create an Album and make up a name for an album. Go to Upload a photo, pic however many you want to upload and click Browse. It will go to your files where you need to locate your pictures, click on your picture file and then click Open on the file window and it will take that file and bring it to the hpphoto site and upload it. You can then add a name or details to that if you'd like. Then click on the picture and it will take it to a seperate window and ask how big you want it, click normal size, click on "Link to Auction" and it will offer you a URL to highlight and copy. Take that back to the Post Message page on this site, go to the box Marked "Optional Image URL", Highlight the http:// and right click and hit paste. That should replace the current http:// with YOUR URL ( including the http:// that comes with it.)

Then, you just have to put a Subject, write a message and before Posting, Hit the Preview Message button. This will show you what you are posting.... if the picture doesn't show, double check and see that you did it all correctly and if you still can't find the answer, get back to the message board and we'll see what we can work out from there.

Hope I have this in the right order, but once you get to the HP photo site, I think it's pretty much self explainitory(?).
