When I did the seams on the Guillemot, I waited til the epoxy was green cured. I didn't have excessive stress on the seam to make it line up, so, I was pretty sure that things wouldn't explode.
I would think that a couple of days should be ok..if the hull/deck seam is not under a lot of stress. FWIW
