Mike, I've found the Kokatat Offshore Delux Sea Skirt (How's that for a mouthful?), medium size is a pretty dry skirt for my Guillemot. It has a neoprene deck and a nylon tube. More gadgets than one might want, but it fits my Guillemot with the cockpit built per plan.

The distance between the deck and underside of the coaming lip will need to be a full 3/4" to fit well. It's just a tiny bit loose on the sides of the cockpit where the coaming lip is relatively straight, but I only get a cup or so of water on a roll.
