: Anyone have any experience with the NSI anatomical backbands?

It was just the ticket for my Mariner Max. I didn't have any back problem before I installed it ... but I did have knee pain, caused by wailing on the pegs to get decent back support when I had my Rapid Pulse installed.

But ... when I tried an NSI in my Outer Island it didn't work very well. The aft deck of the OI is low so the back band functions more as a butt band. The problem I had was that when doing lay backs, the articulation of the ratchet attachment caused the back band to slip down in position and it ended up at an angle that gave very poor support.

Now, I just make my own backbands.
