I too was intimidated at first. I decided to do it and realized that I was headed into autumn/winter soon. Considering I am working totally outdoors I was concerned. I posted and the overwhelming response was to work until it was too cold, shelve the project and pick it up in the spring. I did just that and am only 20 or so hours away from completion. If anything I have grown more enthusiastic as I go along. Almost every task was a first for me and every one behind me became a big boost of confidence. So go ahead, jump into it. Becoming very familiar with the book first will help you greatly and of course there is the forum which is priceless.
