I have no first-hand experience, but didn't Sage describe busting one of these foot pegs in the Trips forum? I think I've read of others having problems, too. I like the idea of retrofitting the foot brace assembly to my current rudder and forgetting the funny sticky-up thing. I think the new Neckys have them.

I'd like to hear other people's experience cus the durability issue is one reason I've held off. Still 30%...
