Thanks Rob, yes the tape is 3" wide, I failed to mention that. Do you use a bias cut strip that you cut yourself for the outside or have you found a tape that goes clear for the outer seam? I hate dealing with the loose strands on cut cloth but most of the tape I have seen doesn't wet out clear on the strand that hems the tape.
