I understand what you mean about the sliding window frames being set into the concrete foundation wall, so here are a few questions to bring me up to speed:

First I feel the same way as Rob Macks.... All his designs will fit through a 15" X 25" opening. That SEEMS smaller than the window size you mentioned: 19" X 35" so I MUST be missing something. Perhaps you mean all THREE windows COMBINED add up to 19" X 35"???

If that is the case all is not lost.... the concrete in between each window is propably less than 6" and could be knocked out in less than an hour!

Anyway I don't mean to mess with your head and give you a whole nother 'job' to do but I think if it is explored this window modification idea is a whole lot easier than a 2 or 3 piece kayak. I can tell you from experience that this window idea is not a big deal (but I have experience here), I would be very surprised if I couldn't do the whole job in less than a day (and that has got to be a lot less than the multi piece boat you are asking about. (too bad you arren't in the L.A. area, I could come by and tell you for sure the best way to go, ha, ha)

I do hope that my suggestion about using the windows does not take away from guys here answering your real question..
