Great idea. It really works? When you think about it, why not.

I once read that using the vac for extended periods can burn out the motor since it not a continuous duty motor? People were asking about using it for dust collection in a woodworker magazine.

I know when they want to change the valve on the oil tank (in the house) they hook up a vacuum to the fill pipe. block the breather and change the valve. (and pray the thing keeps running.)
