The Tern 14 also uses two overlapping pieces of glass on the deck. For a bunch of reasons, I bought Pygmy's bare kit, and omitted the seat parts as well. So I got my own fiberglass and used a single piece for the deck. It really isn't much more cost, and like Dan, I prefer not having to mess with a feathered edge on the deck.
