I feel your pain

I like your take apart kayak. I'm interested in the details of how it attaches together.

I feel your pain of last minute building. I've been running for the last month and my sons kayak is still not done. He'll be able to paddle it, but it won't be complete. It still needs bulkheads, sanding and a final finish coat applied. The coaming could use another sanding and epoxy coat on it, but it will just have to do for now.

Tonight I need to finish the seat, put on the deck bungies, and slap together a makeshift rack to haul it there.

Maybe I should set up a cot next to my kayak at the show so I can get some sleep.
