If it is not fully cured, vinegar is the cheapest, mildest solvent. If it is cured paint remover will work, but it's fairly nasty stuff.
Heat > 140°F will soften most epoxies. (dishwasher on high temp? I've never tried it. Nor have I cooked a fish in the dishwasher, though I've heard that works.)
Scraping works as well as anything, IMO, depending on the surface.
