I had actually planed on going, but I am Mr. Mom this weekend. My wife and I both made plans this weekend, and she asked first. An 18 month old in a car for hours sounds fun.....

Thanks for the tip.

Rob, if there's any way you can get over to Port Townsend any time from
: Friday morning to Sunday afternoon, you will get to talk to the man
: himself, Joe Greenley, along with half a dozen folks that have them
: there... You can get a ride as well, if you wish. They are all there for
: the R2K3 (Rondezvous 2003), one of the biggest boat shows on the West coat
: for Canoes and Kayaks. It's on the beach at Fort Worden State park between
: the pier and the Fort. Uh, you won't miss it that's for sure... There are
: consistantly over 100 boats there, since 2000.
: There's usually a nice lunch, and a dinner involved and a ton of really
: friendly folks...

: No matter where you live in Wa. or surrounding area, it's VERY WELL worth the
: trip. I went up from Central Calif. in 2001 and never had so much fun...
: Folks from all over the states will be there, and as I mentioned, many have
: their boats there and will let you test them...

: Go, Go, Go !!!!
