Oh, and back to your original question:

Yes.

Joe is about your size, and it seems to be a great boat for a 200-ish lb. guy. I'm 190 lbs, and love the boat. I don't know if a smaller paddler will enjoy it as much, or if a really large paddler would fit it well. I'm 6'-6", and my size-14's fit fine. (but fit is also a matter of personal preference--I'm building a 6.5" deep Greenland SOF right now)
