: build up a seat with pieces of 1" foam placed only where you
: need it. The end result is the same, but the cost is lower, as is the
: amount of waste. Contact cement works great for laminating minicell, my
: favorite being Weldwood Gel.

Good suggestion Brian - Actually, Vaclav has some good info on his site about how to build a seat that way. I'll probably do it that way next time, too. I was thinking about that when I recently carved out about 2/3" of the 3" foam that I had purchased for my latest seat.
