It looks great. I have built one skin on frame years ago with a wooden frame.
What are the specs on your aluminum tubing?
Diameter
Wall thickness
Aircraft grade or some other grade
Source of supply
Maximun length of any one piece with no splices in it
Type and/or grade of riviet used on joining

Thank you. This may be one of my winter projects after fininshing interior trim on my house.
