The guy i mentioned in my previous post seems to use the same 1/4 x 3/4 strips we use, except with 10oz. glass over them. I would assume that in a few areas of high stress it has several layers. I would think that with enough glass 1/4" strips will be fine. The trick of course is to determine where to reinforce and how much.
