Repairing is simple as already explained, but the real question is why is it coming off in the first place. So that you don't have it happen again, did you prep the area properly before applying the tape?. Rough up the area with sandpaper?, remove any dust?, clean with a mild solvent and remove any blush? (depending on type of epoxy used). All of this and more could be contributing to your de-lamination.
