Good tip on the cross-linking.

It is also good news to hear how tough it is to sand. Living in Florida, an object that resists sand is manditory.

I used Interthane Plus 2-Part Polyurethane (horrible stuff to apply) on my canoe and you can drag it across the dock without a scratch.
