This is not a finish that I am familiar with. Does it offer the same UV protection that varnish does? I like the idea of less scratches.

: humidity. But, I use the stuff on all my boats. It's much more durable
: than varnish. So, here's what I'd do.

: ~Apply the finish at night when it's cooler, or during the day while it's
: raining, like in a garage with the door open.

: ~Thin the LPU to 30-35% i.e. 3 oz's of LPU with 1 oz. of water.

: ~Avoid any kind of breeze or moving air..NO fans.
