This MCFSOB has been acting up lately so I've not been able to get on line. My thoughts on best book to start off with would be Rob Morris' before you do your second boat read Cunningham and Starr and incorporate any of their ideas you like. By the time you get to your third boat you'll be able to understand what Rossing is doing in Peterson's book, Then you'll chase your tail for the rest of your life trying for the perfect boat.
