I started this bulletin board when my wife was sick, just before she died, and it has provided a much needed relief since.

There is no right way to mourn. Try not to worry about if you are doing the appropriate thing. Just do what you feel you need. I found that doing things which distracted me from my grief was helpful. There will be times you wish that you could forget your grief, remember that for better or worse you will eventually heal. There will be times when you will feel guilty for enjoying yourself when you think you should still be grieving, for better or worse, that is part of healing.
