and how your body fits in the particular boat.

Every person will fit differently in a given boat (but there are some similarities). One person will fit different in different boats--there is not often a lot of carry-over between how to fit yourself in different boats--deck height and coaming shape play huge parts.

"If it feels good, do it," really applies here.
