Good afternoon everyone.

I thought Andy Waddington's post on Monday had a great idea with using hardwood balls for flush anchor rigging.

I would like to use the same idea for flush hatch "finger-pulls" by using the "rare-earth" magnets and a round style (1 1/2") brass pull (see photo) backed by the hardwood balls as he described on his webpage.

Has anyone used this type of finger pull and/or are there any major snafu's why I should NOT use this type of brass pull?
