Hey Shawn, By all means get out here for some paddling. You would have loved the Sydney to Anacortes paddle. Two 21 mile days.

I just got off the phone with a friend that paddled the Necky 16 in glass. He loved it and is selling his Arluk III and ordering the Chatham. Also heard that one of their R and D guys stood on the deck to demonstrate toughness.

I saw the 18 before it went to SLC and that has some nice features. The fore deck is a very practical shape for chart placement etc.(not peaked or crowned).

I am off to Otter Bar for two weeks. Can you wait till I return for some test paddling?
