Being blushless means that they say it is blushless and I've never seen any blush. I believe that blushless epoxy uses a different type of hardener than your standard epoxy (don't quote me on that...investigate). However...if I wait more than 72 or so hours I always scrape the runs and fossilized bugs, and/or use a scotchbrite sanding pad before recoating. I scrape even if I recoat the next day. Don't sand green epoxy. You'll get all kinds of bad things happening. If you end up with little white specks collecting in the depressions of the cloth I've found that you can use a very fine stainless steel wire brush to get them out.
