One Ocean Kayaks sells housings for $2/ft.

: I ordered the Seal-Line Smart Track rudder system and found that it doesn't
: come with the cable housing (it's a modular system, and you buy each
: component individually to fit your boat). I called the people I bought it
: from (Rutabaga.com) and they are out of the housing kit. Rather than wait
: for them to order it, then ship it to me I'm hoping to find something
: local that will work. Thought maybe I could save some legwork if someone
: has already been down this road. Has anybody used bicycle cable housing?
: Is there some sort of tubing I can get at the hardware store or plumbing
