Lets see,
The keel seem was a major pain, where the panels transition from a relatively flat joint in the center of the boat to the steeper angle of the bow and stern it formed a kind of bow and stern rudder shape and had to be redone, I'm still not sure if it was an artifact from the my lofting, the software or what. The fiberglassing was also a bit of an ordeal, I used raka 5 oz cloth and would probably avoid it in the future, I've heard good things about their 4 & 6 oz cloth. I've had some problems with poor adheasion to the epoxy-despite very carefull apllication. Also I laminated my caoming using the clear coat resin frrom raka and it gets really flexible when it gets hot in the sun, next time I will go with the raka 6 oz cloth and the non-non blush hardener for greater strength.
