Ron's suggestion for the Lolita may be a particularly good one. I just looked a Patagonia's website to see what Lotus is making this summer, and the Lolita sounds extra good for someone your friend's size. Here is a pic of the Lolita and a link to Patagonia's website, which will give you a lot of detailed info about the model.
