There are pictures of the bending jig I used on my last boat in the Skin on Frame Kayaks album at the link below. They're the last two pictures on the second page. With this jig, I could wrap the ends of the ribs 270 degrees with zero breakage. When they came out of the jig, the ends were very pliable and easy to fit. I'm ready for ribs on my new boat and have an idea for a different type of jig. When it's done and I've tested it, I'll post pics.
