Electrical supply houses sell Unistrut in 20ft lengths. The fittings should be less pricey too. It comes in different gauges as well as perforated or solid.
I use it all the time to construct support structures (in the mechanical trade), works great, strong.
I made this add on rack for the trailer out of Unistrut, about $65 to build, also easily adjusted by using springnuts.
