Thanks for the comments. Yes, I've decided to do some major sanding on the hull, getting it almost down to the cloth. Hopefully shouldn't be too difficult, since I was pretty careful about putting on THIN layers of epoxy, to hold down the weight.

I'm not going to add any more cloth to this boat, just re-apply another 2-3 coats of epoxy then varnish. But on my next boat, I probably will use s-cloth.
