This was Dow brand that I bought at Menards. It's been a long time but I believe the blue foam was recommended for places like damp basements but don't hold me to that. I do believe that the UV will destroy the foam but I have not tested this particular foam in the sun. I did have some insulation foam from a spray can that was in the sun at my pond deck for several years and it did deteriorate.
