I made my own in a short night, just buy some sturdy, floatable line at the hardware store, sew up a small bag, put a hole in the bottom, tie a weight inside, make a loop outside for someone to catch, and a loop on the other end to hold onto when you throw it.
i'm using 50 ft cause i only paddle skinny rivers....
