I had an area with a few wrinkles about 4" long. I added a couple extra fill coats in this area then sanded smooth. It was in an area of low stress so I did sand into the glass a little bit. When the light hits the spot just right you can see the wrinkles. No one else knows it's there. If it's solid and the wrinkles are small you could try to just fill it in. Good luck.
