I was up in Whistler, B.C. this weekend and saw a Subaru Forester cruising around with a strip-built cartop carrier (like a "rocket-box"). I immediately looked to see if it was Chip driving (he was probably home trying to whittle the car itself out of wood). It wasn't and I didn't get a picture, but does anyone know who built it? My wife has put it on my "to-do" list.
