I was 0 for 3 i think before I got it right (well, almost right).

I used the strands of roving for the fillet. I still had some air entrapment on the inside diameter. I filled it afterward with dookie and sanded. You can hardly see it was there.

The idea about waiting for the fillet to harden a bit before proceeding with the layup sounds good - I should have done that, but the Rendezvous is mere days away . . .
