The center line and DWL should be good reference points. If you suspect warping it would be a good idea to recheck your strongback. If it has warped you'll want to correct for that. While a perfectly true stongback is nice to have, there is no reason that a crooked one won't work IF you have straight reference lines on it. What won't work is a strongback that changes shape during the construction process.
