I know what you mean. When I saw it I just kind of went "doh" why didn't I think of that. There was a reasonably intricate pattern that leads me to believe that there is a matching kayak out there somewhere. As for boats, I just spent the day skinning my SOF. My fingers are numb and I have the pattern of the weave of some of Tacoma Tent and Awning's finest polyester canvas permanently embossed on the backs of my hands.
