Aw, why knot...?

Man, those knots are BEE-yootiful!! But I can see where they might have been a pain to fair out. I would dearly love to build a boat with knotty wood, but I have enough woodworking experience behind me not to ever actually try it. Not on my first few strippers, anyway...
I think I'm gonna save all my upcoming operations. I want Doc Johnson to do 'em.
