Paddle: Your paddle of choice...

I assume that alot of you have probably made paddles to match your boats. However, If you don't use a custom wood paddle... what is your choice of paddle?

I ask this because my paddle was stolen over the weekend. I left a sign with a reward asking for it's return, but I'm not optimistic. It was careless on my part to leave it exposed, but there you go...just one of the curves of life I suppose.

The paddle I was using was a carbon fiber signature series Epic. It was a pretty sweet paddle, very light and efficient. So now I'm in the market for a new one, I'm still going to build one this winter, but that doesn't help me now for fall paddling.

I've looked at and am trying to get in touch with Patrick over at Onno paddles, but am not having much success with that. I understand that he builds nice CF paddles for a reasonable price if you can get him.

So... what are you guys using and how do you like them?
