In Response To: Strip: Putting in place Seats and bulkheads (Rick Sylvia)
Rick, I cut out my hatches last night, footbraces installed already, made cardboard patterns of bulkheads with trial/error, and was able to slip the final wood bulkhead in thru the front hatch for tryfits. Of course mine don't fit as tight as some of these pros here :-)) But it went in easy, and will work just fine. I plan to epoxy/glass mine in permanently. This boat is an StormSLT and since its shorter, the front bulkhead sits right behind the hatch, that probably helped me a bunch.
