IT LOOKS TO ME LIKE 1. AIR BUBBLES OR 2. GLASS NOT FULLY WETTED OUT
I'VE HAD GREAT SUCCESS USING A SIRINGE FILLED WITH EPOXY TO GET RID OF AIR BUBBLE. TRY THIS ON THE BUBBLES AND THE WHITE SPOTS . IT MIGHT WORK.
THE HARDEST PART WILL PROBABLY BE GETTING A SIRINGE. FIND A LOCAL JUNKY OR AS I DID, GOT THEM FROM MY DOGS VET.
