Tools: cove and bead bits

Hey folks,
Just plunging into my first stripper, an 8' Pram by Kebba's Boat Works. Trying to work out the tools for milling my own strips. A couple of questions: What radius(Cove & Bead) should I use for 1/4" strips, 3/16? Where can a get the bits/any suggestions on brand/quality etc?
