Yo Marcel

I am in New Zealand. I did the dirty trick of getting the wood supplier dudes to cut my western red cedar into lovely strips - better than what I could have done and only for a case of beer - the price was right.

Now I want cove and bead bits for my buddies router. I get all sorts of lame excuses from our local supplier: "They are not machining the cove bits that you want, but I can get the bead bits for you at $80 NZ and we might be able to get some cove bits from a different source, but that will be $100 NZ .... if you sell your house and hand over your wife, I might be able to do it before 2005 ...."

The grizzly site sure looks good and is about 100% cheaper than the quoted local prices (even with dollar exchanges). My problem is that the cove and bead bits in the router bits section of the grizzly site don't quite look like what I was expecting.

Am I missing something or do you use those half bead and half cove bits and have your strips set on an angle? or am I just looking in the wrong place.

Thanks for the glimmer of hope

Pete
